Here is a little trailer for our graduation movie. I have to give all the credit to Ms. Luce, she is amazing on the computer and put this together for us, thank you Ms. Luce!!!!! I hope you enjoy! :) Even though the school year is winding down, the fun levels have definitely not gone down. We have been keeping so busy. For starters, we had JDRF come to our school and talk about how we can raise money for this wonderful research foundation to help find a cure for Juvenile Diabetes. We also participated in a walk around the neighborhood to show our support. Also, we had a very special guest come to our school. You may know him as the famous local weather man- Pete Petoniak!!! He came to our school to teach us about the day in a life of a meteorologist. He taught us about tornadoes, high and low pressure, and the day it rained frogs!! He also showed us his green screen and the neat things he can do with it. To wrap it up, we even got a chance to make snow! If you want to check us out, we have a "Good Day Wisconsin" segment and a shout out on Youtube, which I will link below. Finally, today we had a special guest from Jauquet farms come to talk to us all about dairy and the importance of eating a "rainbow" of foods. Students were able to read a book, see some neat things used on the dairy farm, and even have a very tasty and healthy snack~yogurt parfaits!! YUM! I think it tasted even better because we had to work for our snack...by dancing!!! We are wrapping up our Balls and Ramps Einstein Kit. It has been so much fun learning about how different balls can move and behave. Through our experiments, we are acting like real scientists. We have also gotten the chance to make our own balls and ramps. Check out some of the neat pictures from those days!
