Then we also got the opportunity to explore how balls move on ramps and then the best part, we got to make our own ramps! We were so creative and did a wonderful job!
Even though the school year is coming to a close, we still have lots of fun activities coming up! Friday, we have a fun day planned from our Principal Josie, Monday we have mini-courses in the afternoon, Tuesday afternoon we have the talent show, and Thursday we have graduation, yearbook signing, and a fun day at the park. Time sure flies when you are having fun! Our Einstein Kit, Balls and Ramps, has kept us busy to the end of the school year. We have learned properties of balls, how balls move, and what makes a good ramp. I always enjoy watching and listening to the students discuss the best way to make their balls and ramps as they use their teamwork skills. We made our own balls out of clay and found out they were okay rollers as long as we got the bumps out, but they were really bad bouncers! All they did was go SPLAT! Then we also got the opportunity to explore how balls move on ramps and then the best part, we got to make our own ramps! We were so creative and did a wonderful job!
